That echo finding is usually the result of myocardial damage, most often from a myocardial infarction ( heart attack?silent). A resting EKG may show evidence of this in limb lead 1 and chest leads V1,V2,V3&V4. Your echo finding appears equivocal,however. To exclude significant coronary artery disease,I recommend a stress echo or nuclear stress test. A cardiologist can evaluate you &schedule these
