Insomnia : I'm so sorry you can't sleep. First thing you have to consider is stimulants such as caffeine, energy drinks, limit them. Full history and physical exam. Get plenty of exercise and practice good sleep hygiene google the Dr. Oz show they have good info on this/videos. Keep room free of electronics turn them off 15/30 before bed. Do sleep study using apps on your iPhone. Don't worry will get better
