No, you can't : Alcohol is a Central Nervous System depressant. If your brain were a car, alcohol would be the break pedal and the antidepressant, the accelerator. How would you put your car in motion forward if your press both break and accelerator together? Please just take your medication and avoid alcohol. If you can resist drinking alcohol, get help as soon as possible. Good luck!
