Be careful!: Warning: Ibuprophen+alcohol increases risk of stomach bleeding! A very small amount might be okay, but it's hard for most people who 'go out drinking' to keep it to one beer or glass of wine. The alternatives (Tylenol, Midol, etc are WORSE!). I'd suggest either letting moderate drinking serve as your pain cushion or avoiding all alcohol. Also, avoid anti-anxiety pills w alcohol. Take care, be well

Cramps: It is not recommended that you take Ibuprofen with alcohol because it can case problems with your stomach. Anxiety is something you should discuss with you doctor. She/He can assist you with ways to help...Hope you feel better...Dr. Jones Singer
