Mgt: If your baby has been growing and developing normally, it should be fine. Extra iron is added to the diet with cereal at around 6 months of age. I would suggest discussing the formula with your PCP.

Formula : There is slight difference in calcium and nutrient concentration and calorie content of two formulas which should not cause any harm to baby . You can just switch over to age appropriate formula now . If any concerns then you can discuss with plunked and your GP too .

Not a major: A bit different in terms of calcium content etc etc -. Unless having trouble with growth or bones highly unlikely to have done anything of concern the difference in the formulas are very minor. If worried get plunked/GP to track growth etc but 99.9% of the time no problems simply switch to appropriate one and carry on.

Do not worry: The difference between the composition of 3 month vs 6 month formula is only slight. There are no ingredients in the 6month formula that could harm your baby in just a few feeds. Please don't worry! You are not the first person to make this little mistake and you won't be the last!
