Son is 3 months old.uses nutramigen formula plus cereal added,has reflux & spits up alot.spit up was bright purple once earlier,should i be worried?

Bright purple: Continue to observe him and if it continues take him and a sample into his doctor's office. Was he given anything else? Like Tylenol (acetaminophen)? Also check the Colorado of his stools and urine. All the best. Bad reflux is hard to treat but he should get better. Make sure he is growing and often small frequent feeds without burping work best, along with thickened feedings.
