No poops 2 days: Not at all, keep looking for the poop in his pamper, it will come, it is not unusual.

Constipation: Weaning an infant from breast milk to formula or supplementing breast milk with formula can result in constipation. Ask the pediatrician about it, infant may need help with constipation.
