I have recurrent pimples on my nose and accidently popped one. i would like to know whether it's infected or not? the pimple is slightly purulent.

It is infected: Yo u state that it is purulent - i.e. it is infected. If is not spreading use a topical antibiotic, such as mupirocin. If redness is spreading, see a human doc.
