There is a large pimples on my nose by the side. i tried popping it but now i just have a massive headache. did the pimple cause it?

Tricky: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, use of the hands at or above shoulder height can cause neck spasm that can cause headache (int he back of the head). tension typically gives headache around or just above the eyes, as can eye strain if one were looking into the mirror to do something on the face (makes one's eyes cross thinking about it).
