Well, the chance isn't quite zero, but it's close. You're at much higher risk of being struck by lightning. This assumes you have a normal immune system and no prior problems with aggressive or difficult to treat skin infections.

An infected pimple on the nose is superficial and most likely to drain out of the body rather than inwards. For that degree of bacterial exuberance I would expect fever and some fairly abnormal blood tests. For now, treat the superficial superficially, with warm water and soap (a shower is ideal).
