I have an infected thigh pimple that i had popped tonight. a lot of blood and puss came out and when you look inside the hole it looks very black. prior to popping it was harden in a weird way.

You mat have relieve: An abscess, clean with soap and water 2x per day. There may b more underneath, if fever, increasing redness or pain, go in, may need antibiotics. Gd luck.

Probable cyst: This is most likely a cyst from a foreign body or hair follicle. However it could represent a more serious underlying problem and the infection could become worse and spread. See a dermatologist or your internist.
