Cleanse, antibiotic: I would gently clean it followed by otc antibiotic ointment 2-3 times daily. If it gets bigger and more painful then may need oral antibiotics. Avoid squeezing it as bacteria may enter the blood and cause an infected blood clot to form at the base of the brain.
