Elbow pain: Possibly however this sounds more like it might be an ulnar nerve entrapment which may be treatable. See your doctor

Carpal tunnel : It sounds like carpal tunnel which is pressure on neve at wrist and it's treatable . Please consult your doctor for examination to confirm the diagnosis.

Good day, Kindly advise re my limb aches and pains for 3 months now, legs, feet, hands and arms...mostly joints like my right hand wrists, fingers, elbow and both legs and feet with swelling of the legs sometimes with lower back pain?
I'm 23. Right arm+armpit with deep dull ache. Right leg same dull ache. Both limbs feel tingly/numb and weak, pain at rest and use. Lasted +2month?
Right lower arm and calf go numb when sleeping with upper neck and eye irritation, sometimes eye hard to open. Could this be a pinched nerve could it be something else. Limbs wake up when I move and turn neck. Thank you?
