I'm puzzled that...: ...You're worried but you haven't seen a doctor about it. There could be 1 cause or 2 separate causes. A single cause could be in your neck or brain. It could be minor things or it could be serious. If you're worried, is there a reason why you haven't seen a doctor about it?
