Right UE/LE numbness: Would seek medical attention at doctor /ER/urgent care within week. Could be nerve issue-sciatica and cervical impingment(occurs at times in young especially if history of strenous activities, gymnastics), discitis, lymphadenopathy, clot or arterial narrowing or could be a process like multiple sclerosis.

What would cause days-long numbness in limbs, mostly in left arm, that gets both better and worse depending on how I sit/move? There is slight tingling in my toes and legs, but most of the sensation is in my left arm. Radiates to my pinky mostly?
Pulse after workout 125-132. Very lightheaded and loss of strength and sensation In legs. Left arm/hand/fingers numb/tingling. Goes away once rested.
