13 weeks pregnant?: I'm assuming you mean 13 weeks pregnant. If all is going well, you just feel a little bloated. You won't feel the baby moving yet. It's disappointing when you're eager for it. A good guide to pregnancy is the book "What to Expect When You're Expecting." It's fun to read ahead about what's coming.
