Do you have: Alternating constipation and diarrhea? Are you on a birth control pill? Any nausea, vomiting, fever? Are you sleeping at night? Consider the birth control pill, it's first line for pain. Irritble bowel syndrome can do it, bladder infection( unlikely, would have gotten picked up) but it sounds like anxiety exacerbated outside of other issues and a neg workup. How's daytime energy?
