Time to be seen: A classical sign of early appendicitis is triggered by it's location.It usually sits next to the groin muscle on the right leg. When a kid stands/walks the inflamed appendix can trigger pain.Lying down changes the position. I would go immediately to the doc or ER. If you wait till it gets worse you can change a 1 day hospital stay into weeks or worse.
