Depends: Since the pain is at the left side, it is not like appendicitis which occurs at the lower right side and is a medical emergency. If you were much over 50, I would suspect diverticulitis also requires prompt attention. If the pain is getting worse or intolerable, it is best that you go to the ER now instead of waiting till tomorrow
