Ask hospital / docto: You can always call the hospital or doctor's office (whoever is going to perform the procedure) to pose your question. We don't know what hospital you'll be going to, so I think you'll find we hesitate to answer for them. Most hospitals will provide crutches if needed. But your doctor and/or the hospital staff will know for sure. Calll them up - they are there to help answer specific questions.
