I assume you're complaining of discomfort in your back or legs which may have been strained,sprained or bruised when you fell. Do you note any bruises which would pinpoint the injury? Observe for any swelling,increasing pain or tenderness of an area which could have been injured, rest them,and see a physician as needed for evaluation and advice.

If you fell hard enough to fracture your wrist, you may have injured your back, legs, hips etc. Best to explain and demonstrate your issues to your treating doctor so that any further testing or treatment can be started.

Agree with the other Dr answers , but a good physical therapist could evaluate your walking issues & work with you on some exercises & techniques to help maximize quality of movement, & recommend revisit to Dr if you don’t improve.
