Can resin bonding be added to minimally increase height of ceramic crown(s) to better balance a person's bite? recently, lost a molar.

No: Once a ceramic crown is completed and cemented in, there is no good method to add to it. Additional ceramic material can be added prior to permanently cementing it in, but not afterwards.

No: Resin bonding strength is extremely poor to bond to porcelain (crowns or veneers). Resin bonding is best to enamel. In general, it is best to replace crowns with new crowns in situations like this.
