Can the newer all ceramic type tooth crowns be used in all areas of the mouth, including back molar teeth?

Yes: Newer ceramics such as solid zirconia are virtually unbreakable. I have been placing zirconia crowns on back teeth for a number of years and have yet to see a clinical fracture.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
