Could ceramic braces put less stress on my bonding?

No difference: The bonding material used to stabilize metal and ceramic braces is the same. Ask a specialist, a qualified orthodontist to discuss with you the most appropriate appliance to resolve your malocclusion.

No: Ceramic brackets do not put less stress on dental bonding of teeth. The stress from orthodontic treatment is not from the brackets (metal or ceramic) but from the forces of the wire and elastic/metal ties.

No: the brackets are not what puts on the stress. the difference of ceramic vs metal-- while there is some treatment difference, is far more cosmetic for you than clinical as far as stress on your bonding
