Myocarditis: Since your ejection fraction is within normal limits there should be no symptoms related to weakness of the heart muscle, and if you're not experiencing fever, generalized weakness, sweats or shortness of breath with normal activities I would then assume the acute phase is over. Post inflammation weakness may take a week or 2 to gradually resolve but longer if you've been bed ridden for weeks.
