I do not have all the details. You were seen in the ER and given aspirin because a possible was suspected. Was a heart attack confirmed or ruled out. I am surprised that they did not give clearer instructions regarding Eliquis. If a heart attack was ruled out and you are taking Eliquis for other indications, further advice should be given by your doctor. The Eliquis dose is larger than usual.
