What does fluid around the gallbladder on us mean? no stones and otherwise normal us. i've had severe abd pain & nausea for weeks.ast slightly high.

Fluid: "around" generally means inflammation and gallbladder inflammation can cause symptoms IRRESPECTIVE of stones...... A MRI study may be helpful....as the next NON-INVASIVE testing!! Hope this is helpful BTW I think I've "seen" your question in a # of "forms "today

My liver enzymes are high from my lab work this morning. AST 51, ALT 216 and Alca... 211. Gallbladder/lots of gravel like stones removed 4 days ago. Should I be concerned?!
Gallbladder removed 3/6. No stones in gallbladder but HIDA 15%. same spasm type ruq pain persists after removal. ALT 245/AST 173 and has increased since surgery. Alk phos and bilirubin normal. US & CT normal. Could I have a stone stuck somewhere?
Can fatty liver cause elevated bilirubin? Alt 100 AST 40 bili 1.4. Gallbladder removed 1 wk low function can this cause elevations in both no stones.
