R/o molluscum : This may be a simple pimple but if there is central umbilication this may be molluscum contagiosum. See MD. If molluscum can be zapped off with liquid nitrogen.

The most worrisome: part of the description you gave of your little bump is "shiny." Basal cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer, has this appearance. The "pink" part and the irregularity could also be clues. I strongly encourage you to have this little lump evaluated by a skilled and trusted Dermatologist ASAP. Removing a cancer on the nose can be tricky and requires significant expertise. Stay well:)
