Bumps in nose: sounds like tiny sebaceous cysts that are forming - and if "popped" drain. You might try some topical over the counter antibiotic cream. However, MRSA can be colonized in the nose and requires a prescription antibiotic cream to erradicate. I would make an appointment with your doctor just to be safe.
