Infected hair follic: This is likely an infected hair follicle otherwise called folliculitis. Would recommend bacitracin ointment applied to the area with a qtip 3 to 4 times a day. Can also use warm and cool compresses to drawl the infection out. See an ent in a week if it does not start to resolve. Good luck and feel better!
