Plan: Nobody can tell what is this not seeing this bump, but my recommendation is: do not touch it often first, the second you can use bacitracin over the counter ointment to apply 2-3 times a day. And if it not improved in few day, please make the appointment with the doctor. Good luck.

Cyst: This may be a small inclusion cyst I was suggest you try applying some moist heat but the condition should settle itself eventually without doing anything else
