Sounds like: a kidney stone, not uncommon in patients with Crohn's ileitis. Consult with your doctor about proper treatment, even if you do not have any symptoms.

I have Crohn's disease and am mildly anemic. I am not taking iron supplements. I have almost daily headaches, sometimes migraines. I am always tired. Can the headaches be linked to anemia?
I found out I have Crohn's january third of 2013 also have pyoderma ganrenosum &anemia how can I keep my iron up with all 3 at times i get weak.
Chronic diarrhea, abd pain, horrible reflux. SEVERE mouth ulcers. Colonoscopy clean. Can I still have Crohns? All ulcer causes ruled out. DX anemia
