Neither: Listen, there is no safe way to loose 30 pounds in a month. Plain and simple. Now, you may have gotten away with it before, but there is very few other crazy things you may get away with, without causing kidney damage, increasing your risk for stroke, bowel problems, ulcers and heart issues.

Not safe for most.: Unless one is morbidly obese, that is an overly rapid weight loss plan.Try setting goal for 1 up to max of 2 lbs per week average. Insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Aim for 8 hrs of sleep & at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit /day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid soda, alcohol & junk carbs. Get mix of cardio & weight
