This advertisement called exipure to take suppose to be tropical drink you drink before bed to lose 40-50 pounds in month says no diet or exercise is that safe and accurate ?

The simple answer is if it sounds too good to be true it likely is not. Effective weight loss over time comes from changing dietary habits and exercise. This product like many others is a supplement, not regulated by the FDA and thus free to claim anything it wants. Only if it kills or injures people would the FDA or other agencies evaluate & remove it. Buyer beware.

Your wallet will definitely become lighter. There are no magic pills. potions, concoctions, or elixirs that can replace dieting and exercise. No pain, no gain. Lower your caloric intake, establish a daily exercise routine where you actually sweat and burn calories, and you will gradually and safely lose the excess weight and be healthier for it. Consult with a nutritionist if necessary.

Agree with Drs. F and D. Someone is trying to sell you a bill of goods. There is no alternative to reducing you food intake and increasing physical activity. Joining a support group like Weight Watchers may help, Wish you good health!
