No: Once again, this is simply made up. "Angiogenesis"? That means "making blood vessels", and the white lunules aren't even especially vascular. Someone's got an overly active imagination or is messing with you. I'm sorry there's stuff like this online. Phone the folks at the anatomy department of your local medical school, or compare with your friends.
