Several weeks ago, i've discovered a black dotted straight very thin line underneath the nail (left thumb). is it fungus, cancer, or liver disease?

Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful answer without examining you. It is not likely to be fungus or liver disease. Cannot rule out melanoma. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
