I wash dishes by hand for the past 15 yrs. i dont remember having diarrhea. should i be worried? would consumption of dish soap lead to cancer? ive had some diarrhea here & there but dont know if this is the reason?

The occasional diarrhea is related to your diet, activity, and fluid intake. Washing dishes by hand has nothing to do with it and using dish soap does not cause cancer, even if you're drinking it (though in that case, you would have some diarrhea). The best solution is to increase fiber in your diet and if you think it's not working increase it more until it does.

Washing dishes is not a cause of cancer. The diarrhea is likely an incidental happening. You may take Imodium or PeptoBismol. If that does not address the issue in a day or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
