I was on skyla for 4 months (5/2016-9/2016) & i had mirena for nearly 3 years (5/2013-10-2015) but i'm wanting to conceive again, what can i do?

Attempt pregnancy: Now that your IUD is out, you are potentially fertile again. Optimize your preconception health, take a prenatal vitamin once daily with folic acid and DHA. If you are not pregnant is 6-12 months, then discuss with your GYN.
