A couple days ago i smashed my finger in my car door, nail is really bruised, tip of finger is a little numb and white. can't bend it.

Ouch: Could have a fracture, blood under the nail will make it throb. The swelling will contribute to the numbness and difficulty in bending it. Worth going to your doctor to check it out.
