I am having dry mouth, shakiness, vision problems, pale hands and feet, veins are showing that never used to show in fingers they almost look like bruises, fingers look wrinkly, nails are slightly purple, numbness in hands and feet going up. diabete?

Maybe: Your symptoms suggest dehydration as at least one contributing possibility. Out of control diabetes can surely cause dehydration, so it's possible that you're right. But there are certainly other explanations as well. Simple testing, like a blood sugar, will answer the first question in 30 minutes. Perhaps you should engage a primary care physician to review all of these concerns?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
