Very wide variety: Eggs are among the most nutrient-rich foods, containing all essential amino acids, all B vits., Vit A & D, trace minerals including selenium, iodine and molybdenum and Omega 3 fatty acids. They do NOT raise cholesterol and can be eaten liberally but I strongly advise choosing organic (ideally pastured) eggs. See http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=92 for more information.
