For Good Nutritious Diet, eat:
Brown Rice, quinoa, millet, barley, or buckwheat, Oatmeal.
Vegetables- kale, Swiss chard, beet greens, collards, mustard turnip greens, and spinach.
Beans and lentils, soy foods
Walnuts, flax, pumpkin, sunflower, seeds
Salmon trout or herring twice a week
Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of fluid a day
