Lymphadenopathy: It depends on whether the lymph nodes are symptomatic or not when they're smaller than 1 cm. Persistent (asymptomatic) neck lymphadenopathy is well-described and occurs from repetitive previous infections during childhood leading to hardening of those nodes and if that's the case, ABx aren't needed.
