Check with your doc: Not sure why you are having 2 antibiotics for that, and I think you need to talk to your doctor about it for further explanation

Good question: Some doctors think it helps dissolve proteins allowing for more rapid shrinking of the nodes, but most of us just rely on the antibiotic and mother nature to have them go away over the next 2-6 weeks.
