Severe tinnitus 6 years. fullness in left side of my head, body aches, lymph node swelling in neck & behind ear. mri's, blood negative. help pls.

ENT follow up?: Possible eustachian tube disorder. An exam by an ENT may help rule out ETD. Epstein barr or CMV possible. Biopsy of one of the lymph nodes would be helpful in case it's sarcoidosis. Meniere's and rare migraine also a possibility.
