? Head cold?: It sounds like a bad case of virus infection. It will take a few days to resolve. I would advise you to take tylenol (acetaminophen) 2 tablets every 6 hourly for the next 2-3 days. This will relieve the pain. If you have a runny nose or sinus congestion, you could take over the counter decongestant. You c an also buy combinations of 2-3 head cold medicines which contain decongestants along with tylenol (acetaminophen).
