Abdominal Pain: If all investigations (not only blood and urine tests) were normal, and being with this problem for weeks, it would be unlikely to be of concern. Other causes like stress related problem or abdominal migraine might be considered. Check with your doctor for full assessment of his condition Hope he gets well soon
