I was vomiting last night from what i believe to be the stomach flu. i had a small amount of blood come up with the vomit. then 20hrs later, red urine?

Hematuria: it is difficult to tell the cause, but anytime one has unexpected blood in the urine, it should be checked out by your physician. I would try to see your doctor as soon as possible or go to an urgent care center. Do not ignore this. Good luck.
