Lymph nodes.: Technically speaking we recommending getting biopsies (excisional) of lymph nodes if they linger with no identifiable reason for more than one month at the most. That being said, if they’ve been around for one year without change in size/shape/texture/orientation, then they’re probably fine - but technically hard to tell.
