I've had a bump on the left back side of my neck doc sad it was a lymph node but it's been there for a year + should i be concerned?

Be: Concerned with lymph nodes when these grow in size or harden. The fact that is there for a year, suggest lipoma. Keep checking with doc, and consider excision and drainage.
